Preparing for Soccer Ball Kick
Please be aware in an effort to minimize some of the work of registering your child/ren, the Medical Screening Form is now part of the required “checkout” process.  This method completely eliminates having to print the form as well as then having to get it to the office.  
* If your child/ren will be attending multiple PV Rec Camps this summer, the Medical Screening Form only needs to be filled out IN ITS ENTIRETY, one time.

This program is available to both Boys and Girls entering Kindergarten up through those that will be entering the 8th grade in September 2019 for residents and eligible non-residents.

Campers will be grouped by grade.
The goal of the camp is to develop the player in both skill and confidence.

This camp will run for one week from AUGUST 12TH - AUGUST 16TH


Register early - before May 11th - for early discount rate of $10 applied at check out

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • PROGRAM HOURS THIS YEAR Monday - Friday, 8:30 pm - 12:00 pm -- there are no rain dates
  • Camp location: West Road School Soccer Fields
  • Water bottles are necessary. Please mark all belongings with child's name.
  • A Camp physical is not mandatory, but any and all health concerns must be noted
  • The registration process asks for "Who Will / May Pick up your child from camp" each day. If someone other than who is listed, will pick up your child, we MUST have it in writing stating as such. ID for this person will be required at the time of pick-up.

Fee Information
  • Early Discount Registration until May 11th -- Residents $55.00; Eligible Non-residents $60.00
  • Regular Registration begins May 12th -- Residents $65.00; Eligible Non-residents $70.00
  • Late Registration fee after August 4th- $20 per camper
  • Checks / Money Orders must be made payable to: Town of Pleasant Valley

IMPORTANT MEDICAL INFORMATION
  • RECORD OF IMMUNIZATIONS: Dutchess County Department of Health regulations require that we have the dates of these immunizations on file from Physician's records. Please submit a copy of these records ASAP, BUT NO LATER THAN AUGUST 7TH @ 12 NOON, either by having the doctor’s office fax them directly to the Rec Office, 845-266-3873, via regular mail to 1554 Main Street, Pleasant Valley, or if need be they can be dropped by the Rec Office located at 27 Hibernia Road, Salt Point. If submitted after 12 noon, August 7th, your child will not be able to attend Monday, August 12th, the first day of camp.
